Well, after full reinstall of ArchLinux on another partition I can confirm one
thing: Since 1.3.19 this bug is fully present, in 1.3.18 the bug does not
affect as many applications as with 1.3.19 onwards...
And only Steam-games seem to be affected as far as I can test...
