Both "Microsotf Synthesizer" and "Micrsooft Synthesizer" (both slightly
misspelt) fix this crash, so I suppose comment #7 is correct.

Example fix:
sed -i -e "s:Microsoft Synthesizer:Microsotf Synthesizer:1"
dlls/dmsynth/synth.c
