Great idea with the ME2 demo. It has all the same startup videos (at least the
BioWare logo video displays the same sequence, even though the MD5 sums don't
match) and also no sound while playing them.

Just to ensure this is entirely clear: all other in game sound like music,
effects, dialogue, etc. is working. Just not the sound for the Bink videos.
