When I use wine iexplore to open http://127.0.0.1:8000,
the URL bar display http://127.0.0.1:8000:8000 ,
the web page failed to load.
However, both http://127.0.0.1:80 and http://localhost:8000 works well.

I believe this is a regression, wine1.3.15 works.
But when I run a regression test, several versions of wine iexplore crash while
opening http://127.0.0.1:8000, I don't know what to do for that, should I run
"git bisect skip" in this case?
