Hello,

that SafeDisc 2.x problem is tracked by bug 27349
User32 API entry stats were near threshold at the time SafeDisc 2.x was
analyzed and fixed first (bug 10273).
The addition of exports over time and use of different compiler versions
contributed to problem reported here.

Marking this a dupe.
