Well, there is a bug in wine:
wine: Call from 0x7b83ad32 to unimplemented function
inetcpl.cpl.AddInternetPropertySheetsEx, aborting

if you're using winetricks to install ie6, though, we weren't using native
inetcpl.cpl. I've added this to winetricks:
