To me this bug appeared with wine 1.3.21 (x86-64 Arch Linux); I downgraded to
1.3.19 and it disappeared.

I also discovered the same "fix" as Reinhard
(http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=27419#c3) but it is not usable.
