Tested in 1.3.22 and 1.3.22-203-gac90c1b

While searching to see if this bug had already been reported I saw this issue
come up in some other applications mentioned on the wine users forum:

I am copying and pasting the first few of lines from the .NET exception in
order to make this bug easier to search for:
