Also affects Duke Nukem Forever, though it appears to have two bugs. The first
screens when starting a new game 'kick ass/chew bubble gum' flicker. Enabling
strict draw ordering here doesn't help. But disabling it does (wth?), albeit
with a gray background for the first screen instead of black.

Once in game, however, flickering remains with strict draw ordering disabled.
Enabling it fixes the flicker in game (again, splash screens remain broken).

OpenGL renderer string: GeForce GTX 480/PCI/SSE2
OpenGL version string: 4.1.0 NVIDIA 270.41.03
