[Bug 20538] SPlan 7.0 - some elements are printed solid black

Yesterday I asked Abacom (the sPlan developer) if they could provide me a copy
of the complete version which they promptly (!) did and I ran a simple test. I
just dropped a diode and printed the "schema". The problem still persists. On
screen, the print preview is fine.

I got the following messages in the terminal, with WINEDEBUG='+print'

The original bug report mentions "Icons are shown only black" but I'm not sure
what that means. I have not seen any black icon.

Since it is a regression, I'll try to bisect it, but I'm afraid it will take
several days until I get around to do it.
