that looks like the fake dll that wine itsself creates. The native quartz.dll
should be at least >1MB size:

-rw-r--r-- 1 louis louis 1962496 2003-05-30 09:00
/home/louis/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32/quartz.dll


Maybe it's a good idea to start on a new fresh ~/.wine, and do again
'winetricks quartz' , then reinstall the app, and report back error messages
