[Bug 26313] Spellforce: zooming in/out with mousewheel doesn't work

It turned out that Majesty 2 is also affected by this regression (I had to
apply the patch from bug #26305 to get the game starting in 1.3.15).
Interestingly, pressing and holding the mousewheel to turn the camera still
works. Only the zooming function ceased to work.
