crashes in 1.3.14, but doesn't in today's git. However, it doesn't seem to
succeed, instead looping:
fixme:wininet:CommitUrlCacheEntryInternal entry already in cache - don't know
what to do!
err:msxml:doparse XML declaration allowed only at the start of the document

endlessly. Native msxml3 gets rid of the msxml error, but the app still doesn't
start. winetricks ie7 gets a window to appear, I filed bug 26425 for that.
