[Bug 26017] 3D Pinball - Space Cadet: fullscreen does not work properly

Can we please confirm this bug?  I have posted 2 screenshots and tried the
"patch" suggested earlier (I finally worked out you needed to type winetricks
vcrun2005 in a Terminal), but after doing that, closing the pinball game and
trying the fullscreen several times, it does not work. You can easily toggle
between fullscreen and windowed mode with the <F4> key and see what happens.

For new readers: this is a Windows game located in Windows XP on 
C:\Program Files\Windows NT\Pinball\pinball.exe

I'm not sure where it's located on Windows Vista and later - or if it still
exists on later versions of Windows.  I only have my dual-boot Windows XP and
Ubuntu to test this out, as I can directly access the Windows files and
directories.
