The game installs and runs just fine, but if you set msvcr90 to builtin,
it crashes on startup with
Unhandled exception: unimplemented function
msvcr90.dll._set_printf_count_output called in 32-bit code (0x7edb16d3).

mscodescan also reports the app imports msvcr90:_wassert, but it's not clear
if that is needed to run.
