I've spent quite a bit of time on Google now, and asked on irc, but I haven't
gotten anywhere with this.  I have libxrender; otherwise I'm using r300g
drivers and KMS with no xorg.conf.  You're sure this 'fixme' is a system
problem and not a wine problem?
