[Bug 26954] DigitalSpace Traveler crashes after selecting avatar

Argh.... for the life of me I cannot get any version of wine to work with this
particular application, even though I know it has worked in the past on a
different machine with at least wine 1.2.x. I've tried every 1.3.x and all
1.2.x versions of wine now with no success.

Recently I've been getting these errors:

wine: Unhandled page fault on write access to 0x00000024 at address 0x7bc4822c
(thread 0029), starting debugger...
err:seh:raise_exception Unhandled exception code c0000005 flags 0 addr
0x7bc4822c

But other times I will get something like this:

err:heap:GlobalFree (0x82): Page fault occurred ! Caused by bug ? 
wine: Unhandled page fault on read access to 0x00000082 at address 0x4af51f
(thread 0030), starting debugger... 

This is driving me crazy because I knew it worked at some point in the past. Is
there anything else I can do to help find the root cause?
