I have a similar problem i dont know if its the same but ill give it a shot...
well if i run warcraft on an emulated desktop it works fine at first but if i
switch to another desktop and then go back to wc3 the mouse seems to not know
which mouse he should use my desktop mouse or the mouse within wc3. It jumps to
a certian spot and then back to were it was and when i close wc3 my mouse
appears in exact the same spot the mouse jumps to... its very annoying its very
hard to click anything...
