I attempted to attach this, but the file was much too large.

I think it is worth considering that the crash occurs whether launching
rift.exe directly or from riftpatchlive.exe. Perhaps it is crashing before it
knows how it is being launched. If so, that would take riftpatchlive.exe out of
the equation.
