This bug is magically fixed in wine-1.3.20-44-gddad22d.

I doubt that e140077cc7008dcb83d76bca24c823c534950fc9 was the culprit: the bug
was fixed by

I'd vote for 84f085fb91a17e2efe83de0642b757948f4e8a7d instead: that was the
commit which made the mouse work again and the reported problem was
reproducible from that.
