Removing hardware and integration keywords, not applicable.

Do you mean that while using Wine programs, the left mouse button only within
Wine stops working?  If not, then it sounds like an issue external to Wine
since Wine doesn't interface directly with your mouse hardware nor is it
responsible for it.  Test with a different mouse, yours might be faulty.
