Visual C++ 2008 Express installs very nicely in current wine, but I
ran into a missing function _ultow_s:
wine: Call from 0x7b83a43f to unimplemented function msvcr90.dll._ultow_s,
aborting

This is after installing a few native things (dotnet20, msxml6, comctl32,
riched20) which aren't strictly needed to bring up the GUI, and
clicking around a bunch.
I'll add a recipe here when I reproduce it.
