[Bug 28937] YouSendIt shows blank GUI

IDispatchEx for IXMLDOMAttribute is now working after
8d602efe88dc2bc3d1e3551720e4ed2b31bba218. Now there's no more failures in
application internal log file and it's able to construct paths to many .js
files now (with names taken from some .xml file).

Error message is still the same, I need to take another look.
