devicefingerprint_old.exe bug

I get a program error every time I try to run imvu: "The program
devicefingerprint_old.exe has encountered a serious problem and needs to
close." I've tried different versions, but for now this seems to keep
happening. Please help! Also IMVU constantly crashes and I've never gotten past
the login screen.i have reinstalled wine and all of its components several
times through the ubuntu software center and i keep getting the same result
constantly!
