I've just opened wordicon.exe in ResHacker, results:

142 icons in Icons\ (1-142)

19 icon groups in Icon Group\ (numbered 200 - 218)

The first group, 200 is used in Windows for docx, the second (201) is used in
Windows for doc. 

Wine uses group 203 for doc.
