I just extracted the installer. Placed the included iertutil.dll with
iexplore.exe and tried running the application.

The errors that I have encountered may not of happened if the installer worked.
As all the dependencies included have not been added to the system.

The previous issue was KERNEL32.dll.InitializeSRWLock but that was fixed by
your stub.
