In MS Office 2000 and 2003, there is a black box (1cm x 1cm) surrounding the
cursor and hiding the arrow.

I can't show you a picture of the problem, because the mouse pointer doesn't
show up on the screenshots.
Nothing relevant in the terminal.

Tested on CentOS 5.5/5.6/5.7 with Wine 1.3.29, 1.3.30 and 1.3.31. I will try to
make regression tests with previous versions to find the exact version where it
got broken, because Wine 1.3.12 on same plataform works right.
