I can confirm the bug still exists with 1.3.31.
(With a virtual desktop) I had D2+LOD+1.13d patch running, paused it, came back
to it a while later and ran winecfg. After deciding not to change anything in
winecfg, I exited it, but D2 would not maximize/pop back up to the virtual
desktop. It was hung. I confirmed this by looking at it in my system monitor
and Game.exe was stuck on 35% of one of my two CPU cores.
