The bug does not seem to be related to WS_SO_CONNECT_TIME, it crashes randomly
as far as I can see. After running the application several times I could get up
to 2% of download. Specially running with +winsock or +relay without
redirection to files. I'm still tracing but I get similar crash from your
backtrace with a different line before the exception.
