Multiple problems listed in this bug:

 - Todd, Petr:  You need to use a virtual desktop, eg: wine explorer
/desktop=EVE1,1280x960 "C:\Program Files\CCP\Bruce\eve.exe"  Well documented as
bug 15485

 - sgt_b2002:  Delete jukebox or update to latest mpg123 library.  There is
instruction for updating in the AppDB.  This is not a Wine bug.

 - Bruce_Blacky:  Dunno for your problem.
