Fix stuttering at start (or near underrun)

Grmph, I observed the issue in Ubuntu Lucid, but not now in wine-1.3.28 with
Intrepid.

Anyway, here's an important fix to mmdevapi ALSA and OSS. mmdevapi would play
from the wrong buffer position.
