I was also getting this problem in Gentoo x86_64 where it was trying to load
winepulse.drv.  But that file doesn't exist on my build and a quick look in the
source code doesn't show anything relating to including pulseaudio support.  To
workaround the problem I just created symlinks of
/usr/lib32/wine/fakedlls/winealsa.drv, /usr/lib32/wine/winealsa.drv.so,
/usr/lib64/wine/fakedlls/winealsa.drv, and /usr/lib64/wine/winealsa.drv.so with
pulse in the name and now I have sound again in Wine programs.
