Anyway, if you have this problem just delete /dev/input/js0, which will be
recreated when you reconnect the keyboard, or change the udev rules? or fix
this issue in another way... Then this problem with wine should go away!

It's clearly NOT a wine issue, but a kernel/udev/rule issue?
