Sibelius 6 starts and music scores can be created but registration fails. 

During the starting process, Sibelius asks for the serial number. It is
possible to type it in, but it gets not saved, so on the next program start,
you have to type in the serial number again. After this step, there comes a
window with the following error-message :

Error: 150021 (ERR_AUTH_REGTOOL_CANT_ACCESS_PIPE)

By clicking on the ok-button, the start continues but due to lack of
registration, files cannot be safed.
