Hello,

capturing the bug for 'wininet' problem.
Happens sometimes, not reliably reproducible.
This seems different from crash in bug 26504.

The frequent restarting of client updater through parent client hampers
debugging.

'winetricks wininet' makes the problem go away (apart from crashes due to bug
26504).
