To reproduce:
Connect to a server
Select Databases
Select a database (create one if necessary)
Select Tables
Right-click on a table (create one if necessary), select "Open table" from the
context menu

May be a duplicate of bug 12659 - log contains:

winetricks dotnet20 is needed to run the application. A running instance of SQL
Server is needed to reproduce this bug.
