Little advice: DONT !! download and paste dll-files from google.
Only if you REALLY know what to do, or someone who told you to do.

For example i had troubles with builtin quartz.dll, i downloaded a new one from
xp sp2 and tadaaa, it worked, i thought. But new errors occured and my whole
wine had troubles, no game worked fine for me anymore.

But you can use winetricks, "winetricks quartz" and "winetricks devenum".
And like it was said: Winedlloverride should help, if it doesnt help, youve to
search for other reasons
