The Wine Version 1.5.8 is not available for Mac.  However, I tried version
1.4.1 for Mac (now bottled by Mike with 1.2.5).  With this new combination,
Code Wright 7.5.4 now works.  I will start using it heavily and see if anything
fails, but at the moment, it looks very good.

So, this issue appears to be resolved for Code Wright.

Thanks for all your help and suggestions.  The incorporation of "msscript.ocx"
was the only WineTrick required with the Wine version 1.4.1.
