Disabling dwrite.dll would have resulted in a much smaller log.
Is your sound card configured correctly, do other games run with sound?

Except for that, your log doesn't show anything interesting.
Could you try reinstalling the game in a clean wineprefix, and install only
those native dlls that I mentioned in comment #1 (wmp10 l3codecx amstream
devenum quartz)
