Ok, this is strange. Been looking at this today too, and now suddenly after a
relative quick start download plus quit and restart origin, the download
started. It asked for game language etc and show the dl progress. Unfortunately
it then stopped at 2.73 MB.

I have no idea what was different this time, I must've been through the process
30-40 times now. Perhaps it's a timing issue though.
