Running lol.launcher.exe
puts up a splash logo and then hangs for me with
err:ntdll:RtlpWaitForCriticalSection section 0x5410c0 "?" wait timed out in
thread 0025, blocked by 002c, retrying (60 sec)
The following bit from the appdb page lets me bypass the hang:

cd $HOME/.wine/drive_c/Games/League\ of\ Legends/RADS/system/ 
wine "rads_user_kernel.exe" run lol_launcher $(ls
../projects/lol_launcher/releases/) LoLLauncher.exe
