a hack for SpawnInstance

Given that SpawnInstance is used mainly to create input parameter object, this
hack just happens to work fine. However in general it is a wrong way of
implementing it, so I won't dare send it to wine-patches.

It allows the installer to continue to next bug, which is currently bug 31522.
