Confirmed. The output I get is:

And this after I had already installed everything needed to get Steam running
like Visual Runtimes, VB, Nvidia Physx, etc..

Using 1.5.18 on Ubuntu 64 Bit.

I even put msvcrt.dll as native but gave the same problem.
