That is not needed if it is run with "-nowine", it only happens when LTspice is
run normally, then the downside is the lack of highlighting and the traces left
behind (which, as I said, are minor glitches). Run LTspice with no switches and
you get no resizing. The real drawback is the slow panning with text
antialiasing, bug 32114.

For my part, I don't care if I have to run it with or without "-nowine", with
or without windows decorations, as long as it works.
