[Bug 32478] The Settlers III heavy performance issue

Problem seem that game is always max usage of cpu, also without DE windows
manager and other things running.
Tried on 2 pc, one with core2duo E4600 and other with corei5-2430M, both seem
worse than when I played this game with Pentium2 and Pentium 3 computers
Can be caused by some bugs, for example this?
err:ole:CoInitializeEx Attempt to change threading model of this apartment from
multi-threaded to apartment threaded
Or I need change some settings for improve performance?
