I now have a different computer than I had when I last posted in here, and as
of wine 1.5.19 was able to get the pin creation dialog to show up (yes,
creation, not the entry dialog, which works, according to other posts). 
Unfortunately 1.5.19 has a different issue, and I'm now running Atlantica
(using PoL) on 1.5.12 (also has issues, but is playable - silver).  I'm gonna
post a new compatibility report on 1.5.20 once it finishes installing.

Note that this is simply a WORKSFORME report, this bug may or may not still
exist (this computer doesn't have the same "cloned hardware" in it my old one
did).  Someone who still had the problem last time they tested and hasn't
changed their hardware since should test with a new account.
