I don't have Dragon Age II, but the launcher for Dragon Age:Origins Ultimate
Edition crashes in winegstreamer and the backtrace I get is very similar to
what Dan posted in comment #3.
This is with wine-1.4-rc1-57-g6847e88.

Fedora 16 x86
gstreamer-0.10.35-1.fc16.i686 (+additional gstreamer plugins installed)

With disabled winegstreamer.dll the launcher is able to start.
