After upgrading my wine to 1.4-rc1 the game Bridge Commander shows a Black
Screen instead the usual content - The game itself works, it just displays
black.

So I did some bisecting which resulted in this commit:

    wined3d: Handle discarded depth-stencil surfaces with SFLAG_LOST.

    SFLAG_INSYSMEM is already set by surface_add_dirty_rect() for all
    surfaces anyway
