[Bug 23512] DDO - Silent crash at login

Working with caveats.  Game now launches correctly and is playable.  2 issues:

1) No music or voiceover - only SFX.

2) On exit, game hangs at a black screen and must be quit manually.  (Does not
need to be force quit; Command-Q works.)

Both of these issues go away when using native openal32.  Still, awesome that
it's working!  Let me know if there's any more I can do to help going forward.
