In 1.4-rc2:

Office 2007 & 2010--online help works, and displays the results in the system's
default browser; searching offline help produces an unformatted list of topics
that should be links to articles, but which aren't.

Office 2003--online help now opens Wine's IE with a blank window, but other
than that the situation is the same as in comment 12.
